Only 26 minutes by Airlines PNG Limited twin otter plane, Kosipe for instance is an untapped virgin waiting to be tapped.
Similar to any Goilala stations, Kosipe is so close to the capital city of Papua New Guinea, yet, as far as development and possible tangible development wise, it is far far away. AId posts are run down, government stations are all overgrown by bushes as high as 10 meters, airstrips not operational, roads covered with thick impassable thick bushes, school run and managed by single teachers who are hardly in school.
With the demands presented by Port Moresby, there is a huge potential for fresh vegetables farming in this part of the country, however no one is interested.
Until realized and tapped into, fresh produce in the city will have to be imported and or ordered from the Highlands region which takes about 2 weeks minimum to reach Port Moresby.
can someone out there realized this?
Are our Leaders awaiting some rocket scientist to come and explain this to them?
